Further to the Cautionary Statement issued by the Board beginning on 20 June 2022 and last renewed on 20 November 2024. In these announcements, the Directors of the Company advised shareholders and the investing public that negotiations relating to the potential acquisition of a Control Block of securities by one of the shareholders remained ongoing and the process was at regulatory approval stage. The shareholder concerned has informed the Company that it is withdrawing its interest in acquiring a Control Block of securities in the Company.

Accordingly, shareholders and the investing public are advised to take note of the withdrawal of the Cautionary Statement.
