After a career spanning 15 years with the ZB Financial Holdings Group (ZBFH), the Board of Directors of ZBFH wishes to advise that the ZBFH Chief Financial Officer, Mrs Emmah Nyaradzo Mungoni resigned from the Company and Board on 30 June 2025 to pursue other opportunities.

Emmah joined the Group in 2012 as the Finance Director for ZB Building Society. She rose to the position of Head of Corporate & Investment Banking for ZB Bank Limited in November 2014, a position she held until her promotion to her current role of ZBFH Chief Financial Officer in January 2022.

ZBFH is grateful to Emmah for the leadership and valued contribution she provided to the Group during her tenure and wishes her success in her future endeavours.

The formal recruitment process to identify a replacement Chief Financial Officer is commencing soon and an announcement will be made in due course.
