The Board of Directors of ZB Financial Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Letwin Mawire as the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of ZB Financial Holdings Limited Board with effect from 9 October 2025.

Letwin is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) by profession and an insurance practitioner having worked in the industry for more than 20 years. Letwin was the Managing Director for ZB Life Assurance Limited from 2019 to 2022 before she was promoted to her role as the Chief Executive Officer: Insurance for ZB Financial Holdings Limited. Letwin also serves as a Non-Executive Director for Qupa Microfinance Limited and ZB Transfer Secretaries (Private) Limited.

During her working life, Letwin has gained vast experience in strategy formulation, implementation, financial management, and reporting.
