NOTICE is hereby given that at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 June 2024, the Company declared a final dividend of ZiG 0.78 cents and USD 0.65 cents per share on 175 190 642 ordinary shares in issue, in respect of the year ended 31 December 2023.

The dividend is payable to shareholders registered in the books of the company at the close of business on 09 August 2024. The last day to trade cum-dividend is 06 August 2024 and the ex-dividend date is 07 August 2024.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders on or about 19 August 2024.

Shareholders are requested to submit their banking details to our Transfer Secretaries, ZB Transfer Secretaries at 21 Natal Road, First Floor, Avondale, P.O. Box 2540, HARARE.
