NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of ZB Financial Holdings declared a final dividend of US$1 471 601.39, amounting to USD0.84 cents per share on 175,190,642 ordinary shares in issue, in respect of the year ended 31 December 2025.
The dividend is payable to shareholders registered in the books of the company at the close of business on 24 April 2026. The last day to trade cum-dividend is 22 April 2026, and the ex-dividend date is 23 April 2026.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders on or about 29 April 2026.
Shareholders are requested to submit their banking details to our Transfer Secretaries, ZB Transfer Secretaries of 21 Natal Road, First Floor, Avondale, P.O. Box 2540, HARARE.
