NOTICE is hereby given that at its Annual General Meeting held on 27 June 2025, the Company declared a final dividend of USD0.57 cents per share on 175 190 642 ordinary shares in issue, in respect of the year ended 31 December 2024.

The dividend is payable to shareholders registered in the books of the company at the close of business on 18 July 2025. The last day to trade cum-dividend is 16 July 2025 and the ex-dividend date is 17 July 2025.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders on or about 24 July 2025.

Shareholders are requested to submit their banking details to our Transfer Secretaries, ZB Transfer Secretaries of 21 Natal Road, First Floor, Avondale, P.O. Box 2540, HARARE.
